Day 1

Kyiv


We meet you at the airport, arrange breakfast/lunch and hotel check-in and start with our Historical Kyiv Private Walking Tour*.

You’ll stroll through the legendary streets of the ancient city, immerse in its magnificent past and see the main historical sights built in the 11th century: the St. Sophia Cathedral, the Golden Gate, The St. Michaels Monastery and other local attractions. Then you’ll have dinner and enjoy free time.

Day 2

Kyiv


We’ll start our day with Kyiv Panoramic Tour. You will see the aristocratic mansions, memorable historical places, fascinating ancient temples and the most famous modern sights. Then you’ll go on the Dnieper River Cruise (from April till October)*  – romantic trip with delightful views and interesting stories. Mezhyhiria-Mamaeva Sloboda


Get ready to the engrossing Excursion to the Mezhyhiria Residence*. The sad-known ex-President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich spent over $ 1 billion of the state budget money to turn Mezhyhiria into a luxurious complex. After his escape, the residence became the largest Museum of Corruption in the world and impresses with its size and beauty. After Mezhyhiria, you’ll go on Mamaeva Sloboda Tour* to see and feel how Ukrainian Cossacks lived. You will discover versatile Ukrainian culture and try the yummiest local dishes. Then it’s time for shopping and buying souvenirs and we’ll see you off to the airport.

We did the beer tour in Kiev. Five beers in five different bars for two of us and our guide. That was a great chance to hang out with some locals, get to know the history and city a bit more, all while enjoying some of the unique local beers you can only find in Kiev. Our guide was very knowledgeable and great company and we had a fantastic evening! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend taking a tour with Wonders & Holidays. I learned so much about Ukrainian history that I wouldn't have on my own and the tour guides feel like friends (rather than just guides). I went on the Kiev in 180 minutes sightseeing tour with Igor and it was such a great experience. He was an excellent guide not only did he explain the history so well, but also answered any related or unrelated questions about Kiev and Ukraine.
